My name is Annie (as in Little Orphan Annie). I am a sweet 6-7 month calico female who was living on the streets of Dorchester… all by myself. Luckily, someone saw me and how skinny I was, and started to feed me. I immediately let them know that I was friendly and would very much like to live my life indoors.
I am super sweet, I love to play with my new wand toys and have my head and belly petted. I’m just now learning to be a lap kitty and enjoy that in small amounts.
At my vet visit, I tested positive for Felv. I can live with other cats and there are many articles about Felv out there for you to check out. Today, in News of the Obvious: FIV-positive cats can live with other uninfected cats and not transmit the virus. A veterinary study concludes this…..Check out the full article here.
If you’d like to meet me, please contact my foster mom, Rita, by calling 617-529-3508.
My name is Gerard and I am here with my 2 brothers: Georgie & Gerald. We are 8 weeks old and all extremely sweet yet spunky. Get us out on the floor and we are all over the place. We play with kitty toys and wrestle with each other and scoot all over. We are all tabbies and cute as can be!
Remember, if adopted separately, we need to have a friendly feline in our new home(s) to keep us company while you are away from the home. Kittens, as young as we are, can get very lonely and depressed if we suddenly find ourselves alone. This can possible lead to psychological problems and Kitty Connection wants us all to grow up into healthy, well socialized adult cats.
If you are interested in meeting us, please email Marie at firstname.lastname@example.org.
My name is Licorice and I am a four-year-old male cat. I was living outside while a nice lady took care of me. She would let me in her house and wanted to keep me, but her own cat did not like that idea. She contacted Kitty Connection to find me a forever home. I’m a real love bug and get along with other cats, so if you are looking for a handsome guy to keep your resident cat company, look no further! I am more than happy to oblige!
If you are interested in meeting me, please contact email@example.com.
My name is Miss Kitty and I’m a sweet tabby girl, 9 years old. I was adopted from Kitty Connection and somehow ended up being brought to a shelter that was going to put me down. Fortunately, they said I came from Kitty Connection and they placed a call to KC to see if I could be returned and here I am.
Almost losing my life for the second time was a pretty frightening experience. As you can see I am a real love bug when I want to be. I will do best in a home as the only pet. I would make a great companion to a professional person or couple because I am not a “needy” cat. I love attention but I also love my space and will let you know if you are overdoing it with attention.
If you are interested in meeting (and possibly adopting!) me, please email KC: firstname.lastname@example.org.
My name is Vince and I am a pit bull. My owner has had me since I was 10 weeks old. I am great with kids and other dogs that are not the size of cats. I have been around a cat, & the cat didn’t want anything to do with me. I am extremely friendly and I love to cuddle. Playing tug of war as well as fetch are 2 of my favorite games. I am just shy of my 4 year birthday, which is October 8th. I am up to date with my rabies vaccination. I do have some allergies which I am on medicine for and I eat Z/D science diet. I take Apoquel daily and cannot have table scraps or milk bones (Science Diet treats are okay). I know my basic commands but, being an energetic dog, I pull on my leash when out for walks (I could use some training with this). I get excited when I first come into a new setting but I will settle down shortly after.
So, if you are looking for a loving, cuddly, energetic canine friend, please contact email@example.com.
