The MHS/MVTHS PTO is hosting a TRIVIA NIGHT FUNDRAISER on FEBRUARY 11, 2017 at the American Legion on WInthrop St. in Medford from 7 to 11 pm. In addition to the trivia game competition itself, the evening features a raffle for a wheelbarrow full of wine,additional raffle baskets filled with gift certificates and other treasures, a 50-50 raffle, and homemade desserts.
This is the largest fundraiser for the PTO and we are seeking sponsors and donations for raffles for the event.
– WINE for the Wheelbarrow. Traditionally this is supplied by the Junior class families. Please contact Pauline Fiorello ( email@example.com) if you plan to donate wine.
– RAFFLE ITEMS. If you would prefer to donate a raffle basket, gift certificate or items that can be part of a raffle basket, contact Celia Lee (firstname.lastname@example.org ).
– BAKERS. On Trivia Night we lay out homemade desserts for attendees to enjoy. We need donations from bakers for that night. If you can contribute baked goods, contact Geeta Jain email@example.com.
– EVENT DAY/EVENING STAFF…there is a morning shift to set up on Feb 11 (10am-12noon) as well as shifts in the evening to sell raffle tickets or monitor the dessert/coffee table…please contact Celia Lee (firstname.lastname@example.org)
To have a successful event, the PTO relies on the donations requested above as well as having people attend the event. Tickets or Tables can be purchased by contacting Pam at email@example.com.
The PTO provides support for events such as the Senior breakfast, Junior Prom Up All Night Party, Free Prom Dress Shop, Teacher Appreciation Luncheon, and much more. The MMS MVTH PTO is a registered non-profit organization and all donations are tax deductible. Receipts will be provided to any business who donate and to individual donors who request a receipt.
